Get Ur Green On: My Daily Phix

Some people can’t imagine life without coffee. I can’t live without my green juice. Everyday I drink at least 12 ounces of green juice or my green GoGo juice, which is really a smoothie. I can’t get enough of it. Drinking my greens, for me, helps me in every area of my life—focus, energy, beauty (think clear eyes and glowing skin) clarity, stress management, movement, love life, creativity, sleep … You get the point. Try it for a week, you’ll be hooked too. Cells never felt so alive. Share with me here your observations.

GREENER PASTURES

1 Lemon with Peel

1/2 Cucumber

3 Celery Stalks

6 leaves Kale, with stems

1 Pear

Thumbsize Ginger, more if you like it zingier.

Run all through a juicer. Serve over ice and enjoy.

 

CITRUS SMOOTH COOLER

1 Lime with peel

1 Lemon with peel

Handful of Watercress

1/2 Honeydew melon

3 Stalks Celery

1/2 Cucumber

Run all through a juicer. Serve over ice and enjoy.

 

GREEN GOJI BERRY GODDESS

6 Kale Leaves

1 Lemon, Peeled

1/4 Cucumber

1 Celery Stalk

1 Cup soaked Goji Berries

1 Cup Water from Soaked Goji Berries

1.5 Cups Coconut Water

Fill high speed blender with all ingredients. All more water if needed. Blend till smooth. Can be stored in fridge in glass container for up to 3 days.
