The New Year brings a fresh start; the chance to prioritize all the things you juggle in your daily life. Between work, family, fitness, hobbies and maintaining a social life, your to-do list can feel overwhelming even when it’s full of things you love! That’s why we are kicking off 2012 by focusing purely on something we all crave: balance. Yes, you can do it all. No, it doesn’t have to be perfect. Focus on finding the right balance that works for you.

Certified Hollistic Wellness Consultant, Alyssa Bauman, of Nourished discusses how nutrition directly effects the moods of our children. Help children thrive not just by feeding them, but by fueling them through the dietary choices we make everyday. From power breakfasts and healthy snacking to ingredients to avoid, the evening will inspire you with tools to celebrate your children at their best.
