I am committed to my health and I am taking the First Annual Nourished Holiday Challenge.

This year, as I celebrate the holidays and enjoy the company of my family and friends, I will make food choices that support my health. For the next 6 weeks, I promise to…

  • Eat at least one large salad every day
  • Eat generous amounts of green vegetables, mushrooms, and onions
  • Eat less meat every day
  • Drink more water
  • Add at least three fresh fruits to my diet every day
  • Avoid white flour at all costs
  • Avoid sugars and artificial sweeteners
  • Use oils sparingly

I will not allow peer pressure or tempting toxic foods to derail me from my health goals.

I will not compromise my health to please others.

I will set an example of health and mindedness for those around me. And because of this, I will not only look and feel fabulous, but I am on my way to living my most fulfilled life.
